He was predeceased by: his parents, Florance May (Ted Hazell) and Will. He is survived by: his daughter Camille Hazell; his sister Judith Phillips; his nieces and nephews, Rosland, Marion and Carol Phillips; his aunt Doreen Walker; and his cousin Barry.
