It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Blackwell (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stan; and her siblings, Lillian, Amy and Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene Mullen (Bob) and Andrea Blackwell (Rick); her grandchildren, Kyle (Begüm) and Kristen (Jonathon); and her great grandchildren, Theodore, Augustus and Olive.
