It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Margaret Chadwick (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on October 22, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Norman Chadwick; and her child Susan. She is survived by: her children, John, Jane (Gord), Ann (Roy) and Helen (David); her grandchildren, Ann (Adam), Jill (Mark), David, Paul, Peter, Evan, Mark and James; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Nora and Patricia Joan.
