He was predeceased by: his son Darrell; and the mother of his children Ruby Purdon (Morey). He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughter Gayle Dixon (Dennis); his grandchildren, Greg, Brad and Giovanna (Jo); his son Larry (Barb); his grandchildren, Jamie (Rachel), David (Kayla) and Danny (Brad); his son Michael (Jo Ann); his granddaughters, Amanda Vandehaar (Brad) and Michelle Pilon (Ben); his daughter Bonnie Armstrong (Jay); his grandchildren, Robbie Cormier (Buffy) and Melissa Rettie (Steve); and also, Lori Purdon, Holly Gentemann (Bernd) and Ashley Purdon. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
