He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his children, Janet, Anne (Greg), David (Kathryn) and Mike (Terry); his grandchildren, Katie, Jamie, Benjamin and Nicholas; and his brother Bob Page (Avril). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
