He was predeceased by : his siblings, Gerda Vandenbroeke and Andy Kramer (Sandra). He is survived by : his wife Ann; his sons, Mike and Rick (Debra); his stepsons, Ron (Leslie), Jeff (Jan) and John (Tracey); his grandchildren, Justin (Katie), Hailee (Trevor), Erica (Jeremy), Kristian (Jayme) and Kayla (Adam); his great grandchild Aurora; and his sister Wanda Damsma.
