He is survived by: his children, Deborah, Laura and Michael; his granddaughter Genevierre (Andy); his close friend Angel; his sister Nancy McQuaig; and his caregivers, Jesse, Chrissy, Angela, Mandy, Emily, Chelsea and Christina.
