He is survived by: his children, Scott Kokonis (Pam), Grant Morris and Carolyn Sprague; his grandchildren, Ashley Connelly (Mikaela) and Andrew Sprague; and his caregivers, Ashley, Teresa, Meghan, Amy, Megan and Skye.
