We announce the death of Joyce MacLennan in Kingston, Ontario, born in Middleton, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 85. Joyce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Joyce will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Joyce’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her husband Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Vince Gagner) and Colin; her grandchildren, Sienna (Alex), Ellita (Brian), Owen and Niamh; her brother Jim; and her extended family, Margo (late Ted Taylor), Lyle and Diana. She is also survived by nieces & nephews; and her many friends.
