She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Aitken. She is survived by: her children, Steven Aitken (Stephanie Aitken), Jeffrey Aitken and Kristin Cadieux (Bruce Cadieux); her grandchildren, Eric, Sadie and Emery; her mother Sonja Bogstad; her sisters, Patricia "Patty" Day (Mark Day), Sandra Wood and Lynda Wood; and her nieces and nephews, Paul, Nicole, Jamie, Samantha, Michael and Michelle.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glenhaven Memorial Gardens (2563 Division St, Glenburnie, ON K0H1S0).
