He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Boivin and Dorothy Hutchins; his stepfather Fred Hutchins; and his sister Karen Evans. He is survived by: his son Boivin Jr. (Melissa); his stepsons, Tom Gencarelli (Tanya) and Gary Johnston; his sisters, Brenda Ling (Allan) and Heather Hutchins; his grandchildren, Alexa and Kenny Jr. (KJ); his nephews, Rick Pitt, John Veater and Jeremy Veater; and his niece Kelly Veater.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to SNKI (Spay Neuter Kingston Initiative) in Ken's name for the love he showed his fur friend Baxter.
