He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jane McCullough; and his former wife Maria McCullough. He is survived by: his father Donald David; his wife Debbie; his children, Michelle (Keir) and Michael (Lauren); his stepdaughters, Candice and Cassie; his sister Constance Jane (John); his stepbrother Malcolm; and his pet Bane. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.

In accordance with Kendall's wishes, in lieu of flowers his only desire is for the Toronto Maple Leafs to march down Yonge Street with the cup held high!

May you and the family find solace in the fact that Kendall was so highly thought of and loved by all that knew him. Again my sympathies. May he rest in peace.
