He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Smith and Mary Smith; and his siblings, Gary, Gwen and Sandra.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his daughter Stephanie Levair (Joseph); his grandchildren, Savannah and Elijah; and his sister Janet.
