He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mayo and Nora Bernice Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Geri; his children, Dan (Laurie) and Denise (John); his grandchildren, Sierra, Rhianna, Lauren and Teagan; his siblings, Bob (Sharon), Sue (Tom) and Nancy (Bruce); his siblings-in-law, Dianne (Tom), Rejean and Richard LeBlanc (Joanne); his nieces and nephews, Robert, Thomas, Steven, Mitchel, Eric, Joey, Kathy, Melissa and Samantha; and his sister-in-law Sharon.
