Lois Jean Grifferty Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2022, at the age of 92, Lois Jean Grifferty (Kingston, Ontario), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mabel Hartley and Ernest Hartley; her husband Thomas Grifferty; her sons, Thomas H. Grifferty (Carmen), John E. Grifferty (Sherri) and David Grifferty; her grandchildren, Meghan Manion (Chad), Kristin Bridge (Dan), Laura Wood (Matt), Marco Grifferty (Meredith), Jodi Colvin (Matt) and Patrick Grifferty (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Hartley Bridge, Everett, Wyatt Manion, Hudson Wood and Beatrix Grifferty; her nephew John; her niece Ann Casbon; and her sister Audrey Cahill.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns, the family will be holding a small private service on Saturday, January 15th, 2022at 1:30pm.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Limestone Learning Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
