She was predeceased by: her daughter Julie VanHooser. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Garrison (Tim) of Kingston, Tracy Auld (Terry) of Toronto, Michael Perkins (Mia) of Fort St, Clint Boswell (Kim) of Nova Scotia and Sharon Boswell of Kingston; her grandchildren, Lexi, Josh, Ian, Tristen, Amy, Ben, Aaron, Hannah and Katie; and her great grandchild Arwen. She is also survived by Sister, Brother, nieces and nephews.
In memory of Lucille, donations in recognition of her caring physician Dr. Carl Lee may be made to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation.
