With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madeline Mae (Maddie) Haché of Kingston, Ontario, born in Oshawa, Ontario, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 23. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Madeline Mae (Maddie) Haché to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her boyfriend Brandon; her parents, Glen (Gladys) and Suzanne Grubb Walker (late Jim Walker); her siblings, Maggie, Britton, Blakeney and Calvin; and her grandparents, Alphonse, Carolle Haché, Alex and Cathy Grubb. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
