He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Irene Roy; and his half-sister Lucille Alie of Gracefield. He is survived by: his wife Louise Jones-Smith (Boucher) of Arnprior; his children, Lynn Clavette (Dan) of Ottawa and Kimberley Smith of Kingston; his grandchildren, Eric, Corey, Joey, Kayla, Nikki and Summer; his great grandchild Melanie; and his nephews, Fernand and Roy.
