She was predeceased by: her spouse Florencio Estrada; and her child Lourdes Dela Cruz (Rolly). She is survived by: her children, Peter Garbe (Lisa), Flora Bucayu (Roger), Gloria Vince Cruz (Carlito), Jovito Estrada (Erlinda), Lorna Asuncion (Fernando) and Belen Alvarez (Marianito); and her sister Josefa Balolong. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
In Maria's memory, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
