She was predeceased by: her husband Gerry; her siblings, Grietje, Vrouwtje, Anna, Rachel, Machiel, Nathan and Clara; and her parents, Mauritz and Betje.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra (Thomas); her grandchildren, David (Yukimi) and Danielle (Adam); and her great grandchild Ray. She is also survived by her many family members in Holland and good friends.
