She was predeceased by: her husband Eric McCann; her parents, Robert Paterson and Janet Paterson; and her siblings, Janet (Dave), Peggy (Tom), Christie (Margaret), Billy (Dot) and Bobby.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Chrissie Morris) and Shelley; her granddaughters, Michelle Lillis (Steve) and Katie Newport (Matt); and her great grandchild Isla Newport. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Robert J. Reid Funeral Home (309 Johnson St, Kingston, ON K7L1Y6). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Church (392 Palace Rd, Kingston, ON K7L4T3). A reception was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Robert J. Reid Funeral Home (309 Johnson St, Kingston, ON K7L1Y6).
