He was predeceased by: his brother John Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Curtis (Wing); his daughter Teresa Altenpohl of Brockville; his grandson Sepp; his siblings, Borden (Jana), Ernie (Darlene) and Vernon (Allison); his sister-in-law Sandra Griffin; his stepson Dave Delaney (Stephanie); and his stepgrandchildren, Braden and Lauren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated.
