He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lewis and Katherine Berry; and his siblings, Margaret Campbell, Mildred Lewis, Dorothy Smith, Freda Lavoie, Pauline Bland, Marilyn Dunfield and Paul.
He is survived by: his son Bill (Shane); his grandchildren, Ted, Elaine (Audrey), Ben and Mallory (Milo); his stepdaughter Linda Lott; and his child Mick.
