She was predeceased by: her husband Donald T. Phelan; and her siblings, Harold and Freda. She is survived by: her children, Alma (Allen Stewart), Marion (Bob Landon) and Frank (Betty Holthaus); her grandchildren, Clark, Jay, Jonathon and Jennifer; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Bruce, Cody, Cooper, Isaac, Jackson, Lily and Marcus; and her sister Jean Flowers.
Mandatory COVID 19 protocols are as follows: Attendance at the church will be limited to 30 % of normal capacity.
In lieu of flowers, donations, if desired, may be made to the charity of their choice.
