She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Smith and Asa Smith of Campbells Bay, QC; and her sisters, Hazel (Eldon), Muriel (Thoburn), Edith (Harry) and Lois (Allen).
She is survived by: her children, Ross (Albert), Marg (Roger) and Jan (Brian); her grandchildren, John, Ryan (Krista) and Erynne (Adam); her great grandchildren, Owen, Liam and Eve; her husband Gordon Hammond; her siblings, Marian (late Ivan), Atholl (late Marilyn) and Brent (Sharon); and her sisters-in-law, Ruth (late Lowell) and Cora (late Ray). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
