She was predeceased by: her husband George Walter Phillips; her parents, Allan Azulay and Mary Azulay of Perth Rd; and her siblings, Alfred, Wilfred and Marion.

She is survived by: her children, Joan (Jim), Allan (Tracey) and Katherine (Tom); her grandchildren, Mark (Lesley), Nicollette (Todd), Holly (Hans), Kerrie (Chris), Brooke (James) and Brad (Misty); her siblings, Ralph, Freda, Doris, Alice and Verna; and also, Judy Phillips, Jonathan, Joshua, Michael, Miabella, Gianella, Olivia, Savanna, Riley, Aelwyn and Eli.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to Kingston Humane Society or Fairmount Nursing Home would be appreciated.
