It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ozzie Schmidt of Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on May 25, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Sharon; and his son David. He is survived by: his friend Ozzie; his wife Sue; his son Dana (Adele); his grandchildren, Evan, Riley and Lorraine (David); his great grandchildren, Ian, Jack and Malaika; and his sister Trudy.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Donald Gordon Centre (421 Union St, Kingston, ON K7L3N6).
Donations to the University Hospital Kingston Foundation are welcome.
