Patricia (Pat) Hazelwood Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia (Pat) Hazelwood (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other John; her parents, Norman and Mable; and her siblings, Joseph, Robert and Linda.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Ian) and John (Katherine); her grandchildren, Joaquin and Harper; and her sister Mary Jane (Melbourne). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
