He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Slack (Murphy). He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Muise (Mike), Terri and Patrick (Ivanka); and his siblings, Mike Slack (Marg), Therese McGurn (John), Pauline Rush (late Meryl), Veronica Withers (John), Benny Slack (Shirley), Anthony Slack (Geraldine) and Teckla Gaffney (Bernie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
