He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gordon and Anna Gladys Montgomery; his siblings, Gordon Montgomery (late Marion) and Margot Carruthers (Garry); and his nephew Gregory Foulkes (Julianne).

He is survived by: his nephew Robert Foulkes (Suzanne); and his niece Michelle Montgomery. He is also survived by nephews and by his cousins.
