Philip James Bailey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip James Bailey in Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on March 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bailey and Ruth Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Amy (John), Shaun (Kay) and Jamie (Amanda); his grandchildren, Billy, Steve, Tommy, Sarah, Riley, Molly and Jack; and his siblings, Janice (Angus), Larry (Gayle), Penny (Larry), Edith, Susan (Terry) and Tim (Maranda).
