He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Herron and Frederick C. Wilkins; and his wife Lolla Marie Mutch Wilkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Clara Heatherington, Blanche McPherson, Edith McMillan and Art Wilkins; and his son Ike Wilkins (Isaac). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Memorial Fund of First Baptist Church, Kingston would be appreciated by Ralph's family.
