She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Atkinson; her parents, Gerald McParlan and Doris McParlan; and her siblings, Ronnie and Brenda.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Gifford (Geoff), David Atkinson (Jane) and Allecia Parsons; and her grandchildren, Brittany (Mike), Shane, Alex, Hunter and Quinton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
