“My condolences to Cathy, the entire Fleming Family and friends on the passing of a cherished man. I've had the pleasure to have known Richard for over 30 years from his days at the Ministry of Health to our annual golf get togethers and trips. We shared continuous laughs over the years. The one thing that was always apparent was his respect and love for Cathy and his family. I know I'm safe to say we will all miss him deeply. Rest in Peace my friend. 🙏🌻⛳️ Michael Parzei”
