Rita Frappier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Frappier of Kingston, Ontario, born in Arnprior, Ontario, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Napoleon and Mary Teresa Frappier; her siblings, Flora, Beryl, Bernadette, Lillian, Hazel, Irene and Bernard; and her nephew Terrence Leclaire.
She is survived by: her grandchild Shonna Neil (Bruce); and her children, Jessica Shore, Christopher Neil and Alexander Neil.
