Robert 'Rob' Charles Running, in his 64th year, passed peacefully at home on February 4, 2023 with his wife and best friend Heather (nee Howlett) at his side.

The most amazing father to Jillian (Matthew) Carey and Joshua (Shelby) Running. The best Grampy in the world to Mickey, Murphy, Sullivan, Macauley and Patterson. Adoring son of Doris Running and the late Robert 'Bob' Running. Cherished brother to Cindy (Wayne) Hawkins, Vicki (Ron) Pratt, Souix Running and Shari (Keith) Harrington. PFL and best friend to Robert and Chrissy McCallum and family and life long dear friend to Rick Senior. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Rob lived and breathed for his family. He was always quick with a joke and held his great sense of humour and love of music until the end. He is loved and missed tremendously. A special thank you to Lemmon's Plumbing and Heating, where he worked over 40 years, for your kindness and support.

As per Rob's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, we ask that you take a moment to hug the ones you love.
