He was predeceased by: his father John Rothwell (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughter Tami (Jeff); his stepsons, Mark and Jason (Deanna); his grandchildren, Lindsy, Bernie (Ashley), Cody (Celine), Richard, Chelsea, Jennifer Rae (Cole), Kaitlyn and Emma; his great grandchildren, Avery, Scarlette, Hannah and Lauren; and his siblings, Sandra Lusk (Ken), Hugh E. Susan (Terry), Jeanne and Charlotte Anne. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
