He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cordukes and Doris Cordukes; and his sisters, Dianne Provost (Andre) and Bonnie Bird (Don). He is survived by: his sisters, Linda O'Sullivan (Paul) and Joanne Lillis (late Ronald); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Lillis (Chuck Sakell), Lisa Lillis, Mackenzie Lillis (Camren Cole-Balfour), David Bird (Gwen Bird), Jodi O'Sullivan, Jean-Guy Provost (Marieve Montpetit), Michael Provost and Vanessa Provost.
