He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Terry Parkinson (Jennifer) of Ottawa, Kelly Parkinson (Thibaut) of Ottawa and William Parkinson of Kingston; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
