She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dirom and May Dirom; her husband Richard Alan Churchill Swan; and her grandchildren, Hanna and Gavin.

She is survived by: her children, Eleanor (Ken), Martin (Jan), Duane (Mona) and Trevor (Susan); her grandchildren, Kreg (Jo-Ann), Shari (Alan), Angela (Chris), Cassie (Ryan), Cameron, Nicola (Ben), Emily (Brodie), Evan (Jenny) and Derek (Morgan); her siblings, Eleanor, Ian (Eleanor), Neil (Norma), Robert (Sandy), John (Nora) and Al's; and also, Anne and Paul (Louise). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
