Ruth Speed Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Speed of Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on October 28, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Speed; her brothers, Tim Thomas (Paul Benoit) and Geoffrey Thomas; and her parents, Ernest Thomas and Betty Gauntlett.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Stoneburgh (John) and Phil Speed (Joanna); her grandchildren, Adam (Gina), Jessica, Alicia and Michael; and her siblings, Alison Jefferies, Jane Scott (Jim), Eric Thomas and Margaret Thompson (Bert). She is also survived by her extended family including nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
