It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samantha Osypchuk (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Gray and Cole Hughes; her mother Ellen Hume (Asselstine); her stepfather John Hume; her brother Michael Osypchuck (Mariah); her nieces and nephews, Cassandra Todd, Maleah and Kai; her sister Pamela Blaikie (Osypchuck); her brother-in-law Mark; and her nieces and nephews, Layla and Calista.
