She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Martin (Pat). She is survived by: her spouse Bill Powell; her children, Patricia Keen (Christos Aslanidis) of Toronto and Beverley Davidson of Ajax; her grandchildren, Andria (Chad) of Toronto and David (Eleri) of Ottawa; her great grandchildren, Leia, Logan, Morgan and Brynn; and her sibling William Martin (Vicki). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and friends.

As an expression of the family's gratitude to the doctors, nurses, volunteers and staff, they ask that memorial donations be made to UHKF - Providence Care Hospital, Palliative Care Unit.
