He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Frances; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, Jan-Michael, James, Richard and Kendra; and his brothers, Wesley (Liz), Doug (Shirley) and Richard (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
