He was predeceased by: his grandson Ethan; his siblings, Randy and Kerry (Henny); and his siblings-in-law, Clinton Benn and Ruth Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Melissa Tavares (Dave), Rachel Tse (Theo), Johnathon Smith (Tanya), Sarah Muralt (Darryl), Jason Smith (Brittanee) and Jesse Smith (Jenna); his grandchildren, Melina, Sienna, Natalia, Cohen, Ava and Arabella; his siblings, Shawna Benn-Ellis (Dave) and Jack (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Smith, Martin Wolvekamp (Ria) and George Wolvekamp (Pam). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Family and friends will gather at Kingston Gospel Temple for a Funeral Service on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 1:00 p. m. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, you must call the Funeral Home 613-548-7973 (between 9 a. m. and 5 p. m.) to book your place at the service and visitation prior, as the space is limited.
