It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stevan Gordon Silver (Kingston, Ontario), who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Stevan Gordon has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his mother Dorothy; his sister Vicki Turnbull (Steve); his children, Rebecca and Kurtis (Brittany); and his grandchildren, Alora, Siena and Lilly.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M7H3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society (Leukemia Research), or a charity of your choice. The family has chosen to send donations to Canadian Cancer SocietyDonate Now (https://cancer.ca).
