He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Arthur); his daughters, Susan McGregor (Grant) and Wendy Taylor (Eric); his grandchildren, Scott Carruthers (Megan), Mallory, Joel Taylor, Connor and Erin McGregor; his great grandchild Sophie Carruthers; and his siblings, Theodore (Georgie), George (Margaret), Carolyn O'Malley, Lois Tardiff (Guy) and David.
