Susan Elizabeth Gibbon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Elizabeth Gibbon of Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Audrey Elizabeth Wright and George Clark Wright, Jr.; her great-grandparents, Kingston and Kingstonian; her husband Jerry; her children, Laurie [Jamie Valliant], David [Susie] and Jamie [Toshiko]; her stepchildren, Ingrid [Mark Wolforth] and Eric [Karen]; her stepgrandchildren, Maia, Sofia and Greta; her stepchildren, Jason, Alexandra, Rowan, Molly, Aidan and Claire; and her brother Wayne Wright (Rose) of Peterborough.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Susan's honour would be appreciated to Providence Care Hospital through the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation in support of those deeply caring, tireless, kindest and most professional of staff who provided such wonderful medical care and comfort to Susan, Jerry and their family.
