She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrianus Lips and Maria Lips; her husband Joe Van Dyk; her brothers, Andre Lips and Pete Lips; her son-in-law Allan Jackson; and her grandson-in-law Greg Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Marinus Van Dyk (Carolyn) of Picton, Janice Van Dyk of Kingston, Mary Hajpel (Steve) of Ilderton, Joan Jackson (late Allan) of Tupperville and Adrian Van Dyk (Sylvia Faas) of Blenheim; her grandchildren, Erin, Karla, Nicholas, Carmen, Natalie, Kristen, Jenny, Kevin, Chelsey and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Emma, Peyton, Alex, Emerson, Addison, Eleanor, Claire and Evelyn; her siblings, Riet, Janny, Walter, Cor and Marinus of Blenheim; and her brother-in-law Francis Van Dyk of Highgate. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that all guests attending the service must wear a mask.
