He was predeceased by: his wife Elinor (Brown). He is survived by: his former spouse Laurel; his daughters, Julia and Lisa; his grandchildren, Nigel, Marissa, Mallory and Much; his great grandchildren, Gibson, Rowan, Casper, Luca, Maisy and Teddy; and also, Melanie, Jim and Dave.
